The recruiters are out there so get your resume and LinkedIn profile up-to-date, rich with descriptions and keywords, and polished so you look like an attractive candidate. Oh and make sure you get email notices from those websites and that your contact information is accurate. Build your network Theres only one reason why your friends arent sending you relevant job descriptions: because they dont know you are looking for a new job! Not only that, they arent sure what you are looking for. Theres one way to change that: networking.
